Les œuvres de madmeg sont des dessins de très grande envergure et infiniment détaillés. Ludiques, et subtilement teintés d'humour noir — noir comme l'encre de Chine qui fait son trait —, ces détails poussent à une lecture proche de celle d'une carte. L'œil embrasse une vue panoramique avant de plonger sur une saynète animée de personnages étranges, puis s'aventure le long de traces disposées avec le plus grand soin pour provoquer le voyage…
